Talking Bibles International records and distributes audio Scripture in languages that often have no written form. That work lived in an Excel working database, Google Docs, a local file server, and physical archive boxes. There was no single place where a fact could be true.
We mapped the workflow they actually had, including the parts running on paper, and built the system of record underneath it: 34 linked data tables covering recordings, agreements, partners, inventory and field programmes, with reporting leadership can read and snapshots they can share.
